NOTICE OF UPDATED ENTRY PROCEDURES FOR VIETNAM AT TAN SON NHAT AIRPORT

Effective from: April 15, 2026

Applicable to:

• Foreign passport holders
• Overseas Vietnamese travelers using a visa to enter Vietnam

Not applicable to:

• Vietnamese passport holders
• Transit passengers

Updated requirement:
According to the Vietnam Immigration Department, from April 15, 2026, passengers in the above categories are required to complete their personal information declaration before entering Vietnam.

This must be done through a QR code system during the entry procedure at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (TSN).

How to complete the declaration:

Passengers may choose one of the following two methods:

1. Complete the declaration online before the flight
Access the declaration form at: https://prearrival.immigration.gov.vn/
This option is strongly recommended before departure.

2. Scan the QR code at the airport
The QR code will be provided in the immigration processing area at the airport.
Please note: the QR code will only be valid from April 15, 2026 onward.

Purpose of this update:

• To improve the efficiency of immigration control
• To make the entry process faster and more convenient

Passengers are strongly advised to complete the declaration before departure in order to avoid delays upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport.
