Payment errors usually happen in two common situations.

Case 1: The internet connection is slow, so the payment page does not load in time. When you click to make the payment, the system may suddenly exit the page, and you cannot complete your visa payment.

Case 2: After entering your card details on the payment page, instead of clicking Continue, you accidentally click Cancel Payment.

If you experience a payment error, there is no need to worry. In most cases, this is a website or payment system issue, not a mistake on your part.

You can simply submit a new eVisa application and proceed with the payment again.
